USA and Israel knew beforehand of Georgian attack on Ossetia? and other assorted stories

I realize I lost a shitload of readers because of my extremely long absence from blogging. Unfortunately, the war in Ossetia literally forced me to re-start my blog.

I have used the blog - and still do - as a tool to myself to understand the world around me. My technique is to write in a simple, easy to understand language to make things crystal clear. I was surprised to have so many readers before - I am literally a guy with a computer - not an ex-journalist, not an ex CIA officer, not a lobbyist spilling his confession - just a guy with a fast internet connection, curiosity and ability to google.

Anybody can do it.

It's that simple.

So, no more messing around - lets get it to it, shall we.

Fox News: 12 Year Old Girl Tells the Truth about Georgia

You might have seen this - if you have, do me a favor and rewatch it.
If not, you simply must watch it.

A 12 year old girl is invited into a FOX studio because she is an American citizen who was caught up in the war in Ossetia.

The fun starts when the flabbergasted FOX idiot talking head realizes that the girl is Ossetian, and as she described the brutal Georgian bombardment whose targets were the Ossetian civilians (herself included) and she and her aunt finished by thanking
the Russian troops for saving them.

The incredulous FOX propaganda specialist stammers, interrupts and finally chooses the age old tactic of "We have to go to a commercial!" to interrupt what is the eye witness account of what happened in Ossetia which goes 100% the official line that the USA is spewing.

I especially enjoyed the 12 year old America citizen, first generation immigrant (not dumbed down yet by our mass media and idiot culture) smirk in response to the FOX's host attempt at controlling the conversation.

Good people, that little girl and her aunt!

Next up, Source: Secret IDF material went unguarded in Georgia from YNETnews.com, written by Nava Tzuriel.

Tomer (alias), formerly a soldier of an elite IDF unit, returned from Georgia a short while ago. He was enlisted by Defensive Shield, a company owned and operated by Brigadier General (Res.) Gal Hirsch, to help train Georgian soldiers for battle, but returned disappointed in the manner in which the company handles secret army material.

Hirsch's company was responsible for training an elite search and rescue unit, and training was handled by the companies of two other reserve officers, all of which hired ex-soldiers like Tomer. This resulted in hundreds of former IDF soldiers working as trainers in Georgia over the past few months.

Here is more proof that Israeli "advisors" were busy training Georgian military, alongside American soldiers.

Tomer said he and his friends had at first received guidelines for the handling of covert material, listing what they could and couldn't tell Georgian soldiers about IDF activities. But in actuality, he said, the Georgians were told top secret information.

"When I arrived in the operations room I saw a book of IDF safety instructions that shouldn't have been there," he said. "There were IDF CDs that explicitly said, 'Confidential' documenting army activities, charts from special units' operations, and officers' names." He added that the room was not guarded, making this information easily obtainable to everyone.

Tomer said the main reason for the infidelity was mercenary. "The training companies wanted to finish the projects as quickly as possible in order to create more projects and make more money," he said. "We knew the training had to be completed quickly because the soldiers would soon have to get into real military activity."

Did you catch this?

Re-read the whole paragraph, then the last line.
"The training companies wanted to finish the projects as quickly as possible in order to create more projects and make more money," he said. "We knew the training had to be completed quickly because the soldiers would soon have to get into real military activity."

Perhaps the Israeli trainer, alias Tomer, said a bit too much.

What "real military activity" would Georgian troops get into?

Was there a timetable; is that why the Israeli trainers had to hurry up and train the Georgian commandoes?

Would the "real military activity" perhaps be (gosh, I dunno!) the Georgian invasion of Ossetia?

This blows the whole "gee, we the American government had no idea that Georgia was going to invade Ossetia (despite having 1500 USArmy military "advisors" in country at the time).

He added that the Georgian officers told their soldiers they would be going to help NATO forces in Iraq, while the real objective was Ossetia and Abkhazia.

Yada yada.

Defense Shield stated in response that "all of the company's actions were approved by the Defense Ministry, including the materials transferred to the training companies. The information security standards were set, emphasized, and maintained by experienced security officers, and we have no knowledge of these claims."

Yeah, yada yada etc etc.

Are Israelis and Americans this stupid?

Finally, from xinhuanet.com (Chinese communist source).

The U.S. and Poland have abruptly struck a deal to deploy parts of the U.S. global missile shield in Poland, which prompted a warning from Russia that the agreement may involve Warsaw in escalating Russian-U.S. tensions.

The U.S.-Polish deal, which started from January 2007, was inked Thursday after more than 18 months of talks. On Friday, Russia warned that the deal is threatening Russia's national security.

Why was the deal struck so abruptly after dragging on for more than 18 months? And is Russia's concern over the deal "a merely imaginary fear?"

Interesting.

The gloves are off, and America is feverishly and very openly moving in the global game of chess to both encircle the Russian Federation with its pupand to grab as much of the world's natural resources (read - oil) as it can, getting into areas of the world which before the Soviet Union fell were off limits to it's so called "democracy" and "free market system".

Next up: Why is U.S.-Poland missile deal struck abruptly after 18 months of talks? from news.xinhuanet.com

The U.S. and Poland have abruptly struck a deal to deploy parts of the U.S. global missile shield in Poland, which prompted a warning from Russia that the agreement may involve Warsaw in escalating Russian-U.S. tensions.

The U.S.-Polish deal, which started from January 2007, was inked Thursday after more than 18 months of talks. On Friday, Russia warned that the deal is threatening Russia's national security.

Why was the deal struck so abruptly after dragging on for more than 18 months?

Indeed, why?

Nothing to do with Georgia, right?

During the 18 months, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk had for several times expressed his hope that Poland could be protected immediately by the United States in case of danger, implying the deployment of Patriot missiles.

On Thursday, the United States finally yielded to the request which had not been responded to for quite a long time.

Under the agreement, the United States will help augment Poland's defenses by deploying a Patriot missile-launching unit, which includes 96 missiles and by setting up a military base, in exchange for placing 10 missile defense interceptors in the European country.

Referring to the deal, Tusk said "we have finally got understanding of our point of view that Poland, being a crucial partner of NATO and an important friend and ally of the United States, must also be safe."

What is the purpose of NATO, again?

From my childhood, NATO was set up to protect it's member countries from a possible Soviet Union invasion.

NATO boiled down to one simple and cast iron rule: "All for one, one for all", a la the three musketeers from a Dumas novel.

If the Soviet Union attacked a NATO member country, the rest of the NATO members were obligated to come to that country's aid - all of them.

So it is with great surprise that I have just read that Poland was negotiating with USA about some kind of guarantee that America would come to its aid in an event of an attack (and lets not kid ourselves - not an attack from Iran, but a bit closer geographically - we are talking Russia here, duh).

So what is NATO's purpose now, today?

In my simple mind, there is a sneaky suspicion that somehow NATO became another tool of American imperialism (and American neocon wing of shadow government), and that it is used to spread USA's influence - pardon me, "freedom" and "free market system" - around the world.

Which in effect means putting CIA agents in place as a local country's president, and then making that puppet sign "agreements" with American corporations for them to establish their presence in country and to control its natural resources (cough oil cough).

How do I explain this whole Ossetia situation to Americans?

Imagine that Israel and Russia have sent in thousands of advisors and troops to train the Mexican army, and that they had to hurry up their training because soon the Mexican army would be in a "real military activity".

Then, right on the border of the USA, where some poor Mexicans try to eke out a living, the Mexican army brutally bombarded border towns, villages and cities, making millions of Mexicans flee into the USA crying, fearful for their lives, asking America to save them.

THE US government orders its army to save the Mexican civilians living at its border and the US Army kicks out the Mexican army and sends it packing.

The USA is then surprised because Russia and Israel and the rest of the world join forces and launch a propaganda campaign, labeling USA "a danger to the world", warning USA that "it better withdraw from Mexico, and let the Mexican army kill those pesky civilians, and anyway if they don't there will be serious consequences".

Am I getting thru to y'all here about how absurd this situation is?

One last article.

Head of World Congress of Russian Jewry accuses Georgia of genocide from Ha'aretz.com

Russian-speaking Israeli figures have expressed dismay at a statement made by the chairman of the World Congress of Russian Jewry, Russian Senator Boris Spiegel, calling for the establishment of a tribunal that would investigate Georgia's "war crimes" during the past week's round of fighting.

Spiegel, a prominent Jewish oligarch boasting close ties with the Kremlin, accused Georgia of genocide and ethnic cleansing.

"We, as historic victims of genocide, cannot stand aloof," the statement said on behalf of the umbrella organization of the worldwide Russian-speaking Jewish community.

This proves two things.

One, the truth was spoken (by a Kremlin crony no less).

And two, and more importantly, it seems Putin (err sorry - Medvedev - sorry, I cannot say this with a straight face - of course Putin is pulling the strings from behind the scenes here) is well in control of pretty much all aspects of Russian media and its message, and this is the only country in the world where a Jew has to spin his country's viewpoint and support its interests, and not the other way around (is this a joke? or... not?).

(boo hiss anti semite etc etc I call it how I see it, it's late and I am tired and am not gonna pull any punches).

Yup of course the USA is funding a war... cuz well doh... it's for oil (i know i know.. americans don't go to war for oil, they do it to free people from the tyranny of oppression and bring capitalism to them.. yeah i know... shhhh), but whatever... anyway, that is just a little bit of research... from the UNSC. and only from 2006 (yeah i know... way old huh? 2 years old wow!)
