Elites and normal caring for children

Most governmental systems - indeed, most human organizations - have elites and the rest, with the elites children somehow or other usually getting to the forefront to the same positions that their parents have had.

The Jewish merchant class in the middle ages (ongoing), the children of American actors becoming also successful (financially) actors, with the rest of the world's countries presidents for life usually being the children of a previous president for life...

But there is one nation where this universal human condition of trying to help out your children reach at the least the same pinnacle of a career that their parent(s) have reached, especially in the all important area of the real elites, those who rule over the rest of us.

That nation, is, of course, the Yoo Ess of Ey...
