American led NATO exercises in Ukraine are a go

Stars and Stripes: US Army to proceed with planned exercise in Ukraine, March 13, 2014:

Atlas Vision is canceled. But Rapid Trident is still a go.
The status of two annual U.S. Army Europe military exercises that were scheduled for July — one in Russia, one in western Ukraine — is being affected differently by the situation in Ukraine, which has been described as the worst crisis since the end of the Cold War. The fact that the U.S. and its allies chose to go ahead with an exercise in Ukraine while canceling the one in Russia demonstrates Western support for Kiev in its confrontation with Moscow.
However, planning for Rapid Trident 2014 — a large, USAREUR-led multinational exercise scheduled for July — is ongoing, he said.
That exercise, in Lviv, near the Polish border, is to “promote regional stability and security, strengthen partnership capacity, and foster trust while improving interoperability between USAREUR, the land forces of Ukraine, and other (NATO and partner) nations,” according to the USAEUR website.
In addition to USAREUR troops, Rapid Trident 2014 will include units from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Canada, Georgia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom and Ukraine, Westover said. It will feature a combined U.S. and Ukrainian battalion headquarters practicing a peacekeeping operation, he said.  “Exercise planning will continue until we are told otherwise.”
Near the Polish border, BUT on Ukrainian territory.  There is a sense of inertia similar to the way countries  were trapped by events moving on their own volition in Anno Domini 1914...

In response, Russia should do some exercises on the Serb-Kosovo border...

If you have no idea what Kosovo is, it is a Serbian historic core region which was taken away from Serbia by NATO.  The way it was done was that the native Serb population was displaced and outbred by an Albanian population (which came from nearby Albania as economic immigrants), and then, under "protection" of NATO (read - US) troops and airplanes and helicopters and tanks, there was a referendum and the people (read - invading Albanians) have voted to break away from Serbia.

Under the aegis of NATO-American troops, this little scrap of land has become a fulcrum of drug smuggling, human smuggling (Eastern European women kidnapped and shipped for slave-prostitution in Western Europe, Middle East and Israel) and other organized crime activities.

The movie "Taken" with Liam Neeson about women slave traffic was somewhat realistic - it involved an ALBANIAN gang kidnapping White women for a Middle Eastern client...

That's just b-shit, you don't know what you're talking about. Albanians were in Kosovo (as Illyrians) since the roman empire, while (modern) Albanians were in Kosovo during the ottoman empire

Wonder what the attitude of most Americans would be if Mexicans achieved a numerical majority in California through illegal immigration, high birth rates and the forcing of non- Mexicans to move out through terror and persecution, and then set out to become a separate country by armed attack? If they had foreign patrons arming and training them as well as sending in jihadis to join them? I don't think most Americans would hesitate about cleaning them out. The US along with some European allies pretty much engineered the Balkan wars of the 90's using the extremist Bosnian Muslims of Izetbegovic and the Albanian KLA as the wedges to destroy the country. Of course these groups weren't capable of doing it by themselves so NATO came in as their air force. The US brought in Al-Qaeda and facilitated the entry of Iranian troops into the conflicts. Our allies, it seems. Targeting the Belgrade television station, which killed sixteen civilians, was a war crime. Gee, why do they hate us when we're so wonderful? How many countries has the US bombed since WW II? All legal according to international law, of course.
Yatsenyuk was installed via coup and lacks legitimacy; he's just an American client. If things don't work out he'll move to the US, leaving behind those he caused to get killed. There's a lot of anger due to thinking they've succeeded in grabbing the Ukraine only to have the Russians claw some of it back. It's not fair; what we steal must stay ours forever.

Ballantrae, you can say "bullshit" on this site, no worries.

I have no problem with Ballantrae's post - because besides posting "b-shit", he has posted what he knows and believes about the situation.

Re: Pete's Mexicans in California... yes, I see that you also have seen the future of Yoo Ess of Ey...
