Well... this is incredible. Slowly but surely Israel is recognized for what it is, an Apartheid state, very similar in its mindset and actions to the Milošević's Yugoslavia as it did its own ethnic cleansing of Bosnians...

This ad is a response to Mr. Ruud's, Australia's Prime Minister recent resolution:

That the House:
(1) celebrate and commend the achievements of the State of
Israel in the 60 years since its inception;
(2) remember with pride and honour the important role which Australia played in the establishment of the State of Israel as both a member state of the United Nations and as an influential voice in the introduction of Resolution 181 which facilitated Israel’s statehood, and as the country which proudly became the first to cast a vote in support of Israel’s creation;
(3) acknowledge the unique relationship which exists between Australia and Israel; a bond highlighted by our commitment to the rights and liberty of our citizens and encouragement of cultural diversity;
(4) commend the State of Israel’s commitment to democracy, the Rule of Law and pluralism;

I have in my mind the image of Mr. Ruud doing things that that hooker woman did for ex-Governor Spitzer. The amount of money involved is perhaps much larger...

One thing strikes me in Mr. Ruud's resolution. He states that:
"Today the parliament of Australia notes the occasion of this year,
being the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the state of Israel.
The story of the establishment of the state of Israel begins with the
unimaginable tragedy of the Holocaust."

The story of the establishment of the state of Israel begins not with the Shoah, but with the ethnic cleansing of Arabs who lived in Palestine by the newly arrived Jews from Europe, who did exactly what the Serbs did in Bosnia - went from village to village, and either shot their inhabitants or forced them to run for their lives. If one mentions that the story of the state of Israel begins with the Holocaust (Shoah), but skips the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, the Jewish terrorism against both Arabs and the British troops whose colony (UN mandate) it was, then it must be assumed that there is an agenda at play here - and it has nothing to do with the truth.
