O, Bomb It On The Mountain by Dennis Perrin

Lately I have been enjoying the hell out of Dennis Perrin.

He is a sarcastic, caustic, right of centre guy who pulls no punches.

I think it is very important for us Americans to recognize the false dichotomy of Democrats vs Republicans and to call bullshit when one sees it.

Cue Dennis' article:

The chief and most annoying feature about Obama's nomination is how white liberals can't stop congratulating themselves for supporting an African-American for president. Even my pal Jon Schwarz got sucked in. "Good job, America!" Yeesh. That's your brain on an Ivy League education.

The other prominent, disgusting aspect about last night's event was CNN continually reminding us that Obama was accepting the Dem nomination 45 years to the day of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have A Dream" speech. Other than skin color, I really can't see much resemblance between the two. Obama the community activist is long dead. The guy is one step away from managing an aggressive empire. Not quite what King had in mind, I'm guessing.

"Other than skin color, I really can't see much resemblance between the two. Obama the community activist is long dead. The guy is one step away from managing an aggressive empire. Not quite what King had in mind, I'm guessing."

This is brilliant.

Because it is true.

"I have a dream, that one day, a man of African heritage will rise up from humble beginnings, and take the reins of imperial power, bombing and starving poor people he's never met in order appease those affluent few who made his ascent possible. I have a dream today!"

And don't think that Obama won't bomb poor people. Afghanistan is only the first target. Senator Change openly promised more aggression as liberals cheered his line about preparing for "future conflicts." I saw one bearded youth sporting a peace sign applauding Obama's martial rhetoric. What have I told you about liberals getting a whiff of blood?

"I saw one bearded youth sporting a peace sign applauding Obama's martial rhetoric."

Yes, it is pretty scary how we can get caught up in the moment and become true believes.

Step away, lefties. Think what you are applauding and following.

Do some research...

Don't miss the forest from the trees...

"We're a better country than this," Obama assures us. Really? What movie has he been watching? All I saw last night was collective mania and delusion. The fact that a black man may lead the next phase of empire is genius, a beautiful cover. How long the con will last is anyone's guess.

That is pretty much my line of thinking too - putting lipstick on a pig.

The lipstick being Obama, with the pig being the Yoo Ess of Ey...

Obama is just cover for the rest of the world to say "Gee whiz, America shure has changed! I mean look, they elected a black man as preznit! Gosh, they shuuure changed after that horrible retard bush!".

Hillary had a chance to be the lipstick, as the powers that be could care less whether a woman or a black man would be president. It's all a PR stunt, a facade to the rest of the world.

Look, we have changed - we have a black guy/woman as president (please don't notice that we are still in Iraq, that we are rearming Georgia, that all our politicians go to AIPAC meetings to kowtow and swear obedience).

Meanwhile, all the foreign policies will continue - there was no difference between Bush, Clinton, Bush and now Obama.

There.

Will.

Be.

No.

Change.

In.

America's.

Foreign.

Policy.

And if you think otherwise, please, educate yourself here.
